Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud platform and you have a shared web hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you create under the domain. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of features, but it’s really user-friendly, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only a single click. All the email addresses that you have will be enumerated in this section alphabetically and you’ll just have to click on the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the concrete address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or pick some other mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes yet another click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all email address can be set up with a few clicks if you have a semi-dedicated server with us. The semi-dedicated account will be administered via our custom-built Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to set up mailboxes under any domain name hosted here. To enable the catch-all functionality for a mailbox, you will need to click the button with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each email address. Disabling this option can be done in the same way and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all functionality has already been activated for a specific domain name, you’ll get a notification. The same is valid if the mailbox that you want to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never change or disable any feature automatically.
