We offer a one–hour response time warranty for every ticket or e–mail that you submit to the tech support staff. We will quickly respond to all the general questions and forward the matter to our sysadmins in case further assistance is needed. If you order the Managed Services package, we will perform any of the included server management services at a time that has been agreed upon preliminary.
An Excellent Support Service
- We’ll be available to you 24x7 to reply to any inquiries that you may have with regard to our Control Panel or any of the applications that we have preinstalled on your behalf on the dedicated server. If you also require support with server administration tasks, order our Managed Services package, which includes data backup hard drive space, weekly OS updates, server monitoring and rebooting services, as well as troubleshooting and installation procedures.
An Intuitive Help Area
Every dedicated server is equipped with our free–of–cost Control Panel, which offers an integrated knowledge base and a set of educational video tutorials. Whenever you require assistance while working with the Control Panel, just push the Videos or Help buttons in the upper right corner.
