When you’re far too busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you hardly ever have time to check what is happening with the Virtual Private Server – whether it’s overloaded or whether all the tasks are running the way they should. With our Managed Services deal, we will do this for you. Your virtual server will be included in the custom server monitoring software system and the moment there is a sign of a trouble, our system administrators will be informed automatically.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the simplest mission in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your computer, or, alternatively resort to a third–party software. Our company offers a much easier alternative with our Managed Services package. We’ll make a full backup of your server every week, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any valuable information. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup very quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. Still, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – this means that you can literally employ one of our proficient server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software app whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him fix a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
